General guidance: the instructions in the pack and on the Amazon listing always apply to each product.
Stop and check carefully, without pulling it or using a makeshift fix. Dust, moisture, residue or an uneven surface can reduce adhesion, and stretching the roll during application can make it lift. If it keeps coming off, remove it, keep it away from the child and check the instructions or contact support.
The finish matters more than the material: flaking paint, porous or damaged surfaces need care. If possible, test in a hidden spot and follow the instructions for the variant you chose. If you are unsure about a piece of furniture, write to info@happychlea.com.
Clean with a product suited to the furniture and let it dry completely: the surface should be clean and dry. Avoid harsh solvents and do not apply on a damp surface. Before sticking, lay the roll along the edge to see how it follows the profile.
No: do not stretch the material, because tension can make it lift. Guide the protector along the edge a little at a time and press as shown in the instructions, allowing the time they give before use.
Follow the care instructions for both the product and the furniture. Avoid soaking the fixing point and harsh detergents, then check that corners and edges are still firmly attached.
No. They are an aid, to be used together with an adult’s presence. Check corners and joins from time to time and, if anything comes loose, keep loose pieces away from the child and reapply following the instructions.
