1. Data controller

The site presents Happy Chlea® products and sends you to Amazon to buy: it does not sell directly and does not collect payments. Links to Amazon may contain a campaign code (Amazon Attribution) that lets Amazon measure how many visits come from the site: the code contains no personal data. Amazon’s processing of data is governed by Amazon’s own notices.

2. What data we process and why

• Browsing data. Like any website, the server records technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. They are needed to run the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you give consent, we measure visits, interactions and clicks to Amazon. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), optional and revocable at any time. Details in the cookie policy.
• Emails. If you write to info@happychlea.com, we use the data you send (name, email address, content of your message) to reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations.

3. External links and social media

The site contains links to Amazon and to Happy Chlea’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok profiles. We do not embed social plugins, pixels or buttons that send data to these platforms when you simply visit. When you click a link you leave the site: any further processing is the responsibility of Amazon or the social network, under their own privacy notices.

4. Recipients of data

• Aruba S.p.A., the site’s hosting provider, as data processor.
• Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4 statistics, only if you have given consent.
• Authorised staff of ECA SRL and advisers bound by confidentiality, where necessary.

Data is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing. Google may process data outside the European Union; transfers take place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses), as described in Google’s notices.

5. Your rights

You can at any time ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent to analytics cookies using the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. Write to info@happychlea.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

6. Children and updates

The site is aimed at parents and adults: we do not knowingly collect data from children. We may update this notice; the date of the latest version is shown at the top.
